Designed an AI driven workflow that transformed partner fund audits from a manual operational burden into a scalable compliance engine.

The organization managed hundreds of partner marketing fund requests every quarter across multiple countries. Each claim required: Invoice validation Asset compliance checks Policy verification Budget reconciliation Manual reporting The process took months, involved multiple teams, and created significant operational bottlenecks. Errors were common. Documentation was inconsistent. Leadership had no real time visibility into audit status. The system worked, but it was slow, expensive, and impossible to scale.

I redesigned the audit workflow from the ground up using AI assisted validation and workflow automation. The solution included: Automated document intake AI based content verification Rule based compliance scoring Automated exception flagging Real time audit dashboards Approval workflows integrated with internal collaboration systems Instead of auditors spending time finding issues, the system surfaced the highest risk submissions automatically.
